Directors


Chair Lee is an attorney and has been in private practice for over 30 years, specializing in business, real estate, and immigration law.  He has appeared on television and radio as a legal commentator.  Mr. Lee has served on the board of International Community Health Services in Seattle, and as the President of the Washington State Korean American Bar Association. He has a JD from the University of Washington Law School and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Vice Chair Oh has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and formerly served as the Chair of the Washington Hospitality Association, where he still serves as a board member of its Member Services Corporation and the Executive Committee. He has previously served as the President of the Washington Korean American Hotel Association. Mr. Oh has a BS from the University of Oregon and is a licensed real estate broker. 

Director Na is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alisa Na, CPA PC, a full-service accounting firm serving the greater Seattle area, and has over 25 years of experience in the field. She formerly served as the President of the Washington Society of Korean CPA’s and as the President of the National Korean American Society of CPA’s. Ms. Na has a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Director Park is an investment banker with Wells Fargo. He specializes in analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.  Prior to Wells Fargo, he was a Vice President at Baird. Mr. Park has a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.


Director Chang has more than 20 years of experience working in diverse financial positions within multiple organizations. Ms. Chang currently serves as the Director of Administrative Services with the City of Fullerton, CA. Her position includes the roles of Finance Director and City Treasurer. Ms. Chang’s education includes a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, a JD from Pacific Coast University School of Law and a BA from Bryn Mawr College.
Director Villanueva has spent more than 40 years in regulatory compliance in the banking industry, both as a regulator and in private industry. Her experience includes serving at the Department of Financial Institutions of WA state as a Program Manager and as a Financial Examiner Supervisor. She also had senior roles in compliance and audit in various community banks. Ms. Villanueva has an MBA from La Salle University, Philippines, and a BS and a BA from the University of the Philippines.
Director Park, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, has over 30 years of banking experience, including over 20 years as a senior executive officer.  Having organized UniBank from the ground up and worked for Washington Mutual with total assets well in excess of $300 billion, he brings a unique and diverse blend of banking experience, including corporate finance and accounting, capital markets, financial analysis and modeling, and enterprise risk management.  Mr. Park has an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Director Matthew has 40 years of experience in Information Technology, including 19 years in the banking industry. He held various IT executive roles, including most recently the position of Associate Director of IT at AT&T. Prior to AT&T, he worked for Pacific Capital Bancorp as Vice President, Office of the CIO. Mr. Matthew has an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
