Mr. Lee is an attorney and has been in private practice for over 30 years, specializing in business, real estate and immigration law. He has appeared on television and radio as a legal commentator. Mr. Lee has served on the board of International Community Health Services in Seattle, and as the President of the Washington State Korean American Bar Association. He has a JD from the University of Washington Law School and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Merritt D. Long
Vice Chairman

Mr. Long is a retired civil servant, and has the distinction and honor of leading four Washington State agencies – the Liquor Control Board, the Lottery, the Human Rights Commission and the Commission for Vocational Education. He has also consulted for several companies in the private sector, including pharmaceutical, warehouse distribution and alternative energy. He was one of the founding Directors of Thurston First Bank (now Commencement Bank). Mr. Long co-founded with his wife the Learning Seed Foundation, which assists primarily school students of color to attend college. He has a M.Ed. from Seattle University and a BA from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.

Dhana Linavat

Mr. Linavat is a retired banker with over 38 years of banking experience, primarily in international banking and trade finance. He last served as the Vice President and Manager of International Banking Operations at ABN AMRO Bank. He also had similar roles at Wells Fargo Bank and KeyBank. Mr. Linavat is a graduate of the University of Washington Pacific Rim Banking School.

Ms. Na CPA, is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alisa Na CPA PC, a full-service accounting firm serving Edmonds and the greater Seattle community. With over 25 years of experience, she understands the complexities of tax laws and believes in a holistic approach to innovating and building efficient and smart accounting services and systems for her clients. Ms. Na serves as President of the Washington Society of Korean CPA and President of the Korean American Society of CPA (National). She has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Ronald Oh

Mr. Oh has been in the hospitality Industry for 22 years and is currently the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites North Seattle (Shoreline). He serves on the Washington Hospitality Association Board of Directors, WHA Member Services Corporation Board, Government Affairs Committee, and is the President of the Washington Korean Hotel Association. He has a BS from the University of Oregon.

Mr. Park is an investment banker with Baird. He specializes in analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services. Prior to Baird, Bryant was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Park has a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter R. Park

Mr. Park, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, has over 27 years of banking experience, including 14 years as a senior executive officer. Having organized UniBank from the ground up and worked for Washington Mutual with total assets well in excess of $300 billion, he brings a unique and diverse blend of banking experience, including corporate finance and accounting, capital markets, financial analysis and modeling, and enterprise risk management. Mr. Park has an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
